Zenith Promotions specialise in modular marquees in sizes from 3m x 3m to 6m x 6m with endless add on capacity enabling us to cover areas of most shapes and sizes.

Zenith provide a full exhibition stand design and build service. We will combine your ideas and design brief with our creativity and experience to create a bespoke exhibition stand that meets your exact requirements.

It’s time for a chat. We want to learn all about your company, your products, how you would like your stand to look and feel and ultimately what you would like to gain from your time at the exhibition. We then take this information to the drawing board and get to work.

The Design.

We will come back to you with a design that best suits your requirements, discuss how we feel the stand will function and make any changes to the design to make sure it truly fits your company’s requirements.

Having agreed the design and cost we then get on with the building of the stand and all of it’s components at our warehouse here in Wokingham. We pride ourselves on covering every little detail ensuring the delivery and installation of the stand is as smooth as the rest of our service.

Time to install

Lorries loaded and off we go! We will deliver and install your stand all in the pre-agreed timeframe making sure the dust has settled and it’s all clean and ready to go for when you arrive at the show. You can then look forward to selling your services and products from a stand that your competitors will be envious of.

The Debrief

A key part to all exhibitions is reviewing the performance of all of the main components after the show has finished. Did the stand function as expected, can we improve on the layout, did the visitors find all of the information required during their visit to the stand? Basically, are there any improvements we can make for the next show? We are here to work as part of your team making each exhibition stand we work on together easier for you and as effective as possible for your company.

Zenith Promotions has over 30 years of experience of providing a full Roadshow Management Service.

We support companies running roadshow campaigns managing the delivery and installation of customized structures to events and venues around the UK and Europe. As with all of our projects we will work with the customer to supply the most cost effective solution to facilitate your event schedule.
